Yes, it's that time of the year! Q4 has officially hit our calendars and just as every year, you feel overwhelmed by the increasing demands of this short period before you spend time with your loved ones. Completing projects, 2020 planning, additional travel and all these Holiday parties are filling your calendar.

This year, I am offering you a FREE 3-day mini-series on "How to manage stress at work during the holiday season". 3x25 minutes to get you holiday-ready!

I am going to help you increase your productivity and create more time for yourself, so you can finish 2019 with a smile on your face!

WHEN?

November 4th: 8:30am PST (11:30am EST, 4:30pm GMT)

November 11th: 8:30am PST (11:30am EST, 4:30pm GMT)

November 18th: 8:30am PST (11:30am EST, 4:30pm GMT)

WHAT?

Day 1: How to get everything done during holiday season?

It’s only a few weeks before the holiday break, and your stress levels are building up. You wonder, how can I just get all the things done and finish the year strong? You are starting to work extra hours in the evenings and take your work home during the weekends.

In this session, you will learn:

  • How to create a successful end-of-year plan

  • How to set realistic expectations with yourself and your stakeholders

  • How to juggle day-to-day work and 2020 business planning

Day 2: How to manage your energy during holiday season?

You feel like you are being pulled in all directions. Not only do you have a ton of work left to complete before the end of the year, but on top of that you are invited to at least two Christmas parties per week and you are flying home a week early to be with your family.

In this session, you will learn:

  • Why the "Always-on" mentality is so 2018

  • How to find a balance between holiday parties and spending time for yourself

  • How to keep up routines despite the busy work schedule

Day 3: Open Mic - Hit me with your questions!

Open Mic - During the first two sessions, you will have the chance to share a topic with Julia. The topic with the highest ratings will be addressed during Day 3.

In this session, I will answer the following questions:

  • Managing full-time work but taking off 3-5 days off during the Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. So should I work on the weekends? Tell my clients I'm going to work a little less? Or try to REALLY improve my productivity?

  • I need help explaining to stakeholders that their request needs to be prioritized with other work on my plate. However, these stakeholders are external, so I can't exactly tell them all of the tasks I'm working on for other clients. To them, it seems like their request is the only request I'm working on, which isn't the case.

  • Deadlines vs. taking time off to be with family friends plus a very short December to work on OKRs.
How to get everything done? How to detach from mass hysteria caused by goals and quotas related to Black Friday and other market demanding efforts?

  • If I am on a strong trajectory and expect a promotion post holiday cycle, does the expectation increase for me to work more during holiday season? How to manage this expectation while getting the peace of mind?

  • How to manage my own high expectations ?

  • How to get quality sleep when so many things are going on? Plus the darkening days really play on my mood.

  • I am beginning to think about bookkeeping/tax needs and know that I am not ready. It is stressing me knowing that it comes right after the holidays.

  • How to manage my current job and looking for a new one?
